How does a coach know that they have found the right supervisor?

The subject of supervision is receiving increasing attention within the coaching literature. At the same time the level of priority assigned to coaching supervision varies within and between coaching consumer- and provider-groups. Referring to models that inform coaching supervision as well as to the multiple perspectives of the coaching context this article details the core features of the supervision relationship that will inform the supervisee (and the systems with which they interact) whether they have found the right supervisor.
