Suzi Skinner

Suzi is the Managing Director of a boutique consultancy in Sydney, Australia working with organisations to transform leadership, accelerate change toward more inclusive workplaces, and enhance employee engagement.

For over a decade, Suzi has coached and facilitated at executive and board level in a range of leading organisations. Her focus on sustainable transformational leadership, and creating high performing teams, has resulted in successful outcomes in a wide variety of national and international client projects, in the UK, USA, Middle East and Asia Pacific. 

“Roar People” is a division of Suzi’s business, focused on assisting forward thinking organisations to create and instill more inclusive work practices, further enhance diversity, and strengthen profitability. The Roar People programmes combine the proven evidence-based approach of executive coaching, with fresh perspectives on retaining and sustaining employees throughout their career lifecycle.

In 2012 Suzi completed leading edge research on Executive Coaching and Women in Leadership, supported in part by the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate in Boston. This study takes a closer look at leadership development practices and provides fresh, evidence-based insights into the key development areas for women leaders in the workplace.

As an alumnus of the University of Sydney Masters in Coaching Psychology, Suzi has presented at the various Coaching and Leadership conferences and is actively involved in promoting new perspectives in the areas of executive coaching, leadership and inclusiveness.
