Dr Darryl Cross coaches leaders at all levels and has a wide range of experience in personal and leadership development. He has also developed expertise in career coaching having authored two career tests.

With over 20 years of international experience as an executive and personal coach, Darryl is very much about developing an individual`s strengths and talents to be their best as well as utilising the principles of emotional intelligence to communicate effectively and facilitate relationships both business and personal.

Darryl is a clinical and organizational psychologist and is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and the Institute of Managers and Leaders. He is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Accredited Advisor to Family Business Australia.

He completed his doctoral research in Psychology at the University of Queensland and is a graduate of the College of Executive Coaching, Pismo Beach, California. 

Previously, Darryl worked as a vocational psychologist with the federal government, lectured in psychology for 10 years at the University of Queensland and Macquarie University in Sydney and was a sessional lecturer in Leadership Dynamics for the MBA program at the University of South Australia as well as being a sessional lecturer with Torrens University in Dynamic Leadership as part of their MBA Program.  For the past 35 years, he has conducted his own psychology and coaching practice and created a coaching program to train managers and leaders how to coach their people.

Darryl has published numerous academic articles as well as articles for the popular press and has self-published books such as "You're a New Leader: So Now What?", "listen Up Now", "The Dark Clouds at Work", "Stopping Self-Sabotage" and "In Pursuit of Success and Happiness."
