David has operated as a CEO, Executive, Consultant, Executive and non Executive Director and held Chair, general Board and Committee Member roles on commercial and association Boards. Strong commitment to working with and as a part of the Board and Executive Team to develop vision and strategy during organisational change (restructures, M & A) within private and public companies as well as working within government and community based organisations. Broad based experience in leading business and transformational organisational change strategy and tactical delivery.

David has well proven expertise in strategy, business development and achieving turnarounds for companies in distress, achieving outcomes for shareholders through a combination of effective leadership, prudent risk management decisions underpinning operational performance, innovative market initiatives and key stakeholder management.

David provides Leadership Assessment and Development services to organisations across industries. This process is highly regarded by clients as it provides the information and structure for the development of effective leadership skills linked to organisational goals. David has significant expertise in the assessment and coaching of Emotional Intelligence as described in the MSCEIT model, coaching Executives to develop and achieve sustainable effective behavioural change is a key competency.

He has led, managed and consulted on business development and change projects in Australia, NZ, the UK, US and Asia. Clients include NASDAQ, Listed and Unlisted Public companies and a broad range of medium to large SMEs. This combination of knowledge, continual learning, strategic capability and “hands on” application provides a highly effective method of maintaining and constantly enhancing the knowledge and capability in providing advice and Executive coaching to his clients.
