David has operated as a CEO, Executive, Consultant, Executive and non Executive Director and held Chair, general Board and Committee Member roles on commercial and association Boards. David has significant expertise in the assessment and coaching of Emotional Intelligence as described in the MSCEIT model, coaching Executives to develop and achieve sustainable effective behavioural change is a key competency.

He has led, managed and consulted on business development and change projects in Australia, NZ, the UK, US and Asia. Clients include NASDAQ, Listed and Unlisted Public companies and a broad range of medium to large SMEs.
