Patrice A. Hall is a Certified Corporate Leadership “Coach-sultant.” She coaches clients to enhance their leadership capabilities while also serving as a consultant for their tough business issues. Typical engagements have enabled clients to develop more effective and engaging leadership styles, to interface more confidently and productively with their key stakeholders, and to cultivate and embody professional brands that enhance their standing within and beyond their organizations. Like a Personal Trainer, she meets her clients wherever they are on their professional journeys and guides them to where they want to be.

Trained as a Coach by top-notch industry organizations, Patrice also has an outstanding business career. She spent over 25 years as a successful and engaging senior leader of teams in Sales, Operations, Telephone Customer Service, Product Management, Accounting, Strategic Planning, and a high volume bank branch in midtown Manhattan. In addition, as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, she led strategic diversity initiatives for both the Retail Division and the Global Investment Bank, linking business performance to more inclusive cultures - first for 45,000 employees in the United States then 19,000 worldwide. As head of the global diversity practice at Mercer/ORC Worldwide she consulted to over 200 blue chip organizations, providing information and research-based best practices in organizational change. Patrice is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues alike. As a Coach, Patrice has been described as tough yet compassionate, passionate yet pragmatic, focused yet holistic.

As a Coach-sultant, Patrice poses transformative questions that ignite sustainable change while providing real-world perspectives on difficult business challenges. She frames this approach with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent practices, enabling her to quickly identify and address issues that may impact clients’ success. Her clients gain a thought partner who is fiercely committed to their growth and development, enabling them to achieve both their own and their organization's goals. She will not work with a client unless she is confident that she can make a real difference.

Patrice earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She is credentialed by, and a member of, the International Coach Federation (ICF - ACC), a graduate of the Institute of Professional Education in Coaching (iPEC), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a certified Master Practitioner of iPEC's Energy Leadership Index (a results-based assessment of personal effectiveness), and a Fellow at the Harvard-affiliated Institute of Coaching. Patrice is a thought-leader who has authored articles on Leadership, Inclusion, Change Management, and Grief (to name a few), and she has presented to audiences as diverse as high school graduating seniors and senior executives of the Fortune 100.
