Paulette Rao, MCC, BCC is an executive coach, coach educator and author. As principal of True North Resources, Paulette helps leaders enhance their personal and team performance to achieve organizational objectives.
Paulette’s coaching is informed by 28 years of experience as a senior leader in corporate America. As a managing director for Marsh, the world’s largest risk services firm, Paulette has coached hundreds internally. Paulette now works independently with senior leaders and high potentials at Fortune 500 and smaller organizations across the globe to develop and hone the skills needed to improve their own performance, develop others, and create positive and profitable change.
Her coaching model is heavily informed by psychology, systems science, , change principles, learning theory, and contemporary neuroscience. She received her coach training from NYU and is a professor in their non-credit and Graduate Executive and Organizational Coaching program. Paulette is the President of the NYC Chapter of the International Coach Federation. Paulette is also a certified NeuroLeadership coach and is trained in a brain-based methodology that helps leaders transform the way they think, communicate, and lead.
