Donna is a Lead Association Manager with Parthenon Management Group (PMG), where they partner with nonprofit and association leaders to build strong governance, engaged memberships, and reliable systems that make everyone’s life easier. With a background of more than 15 years in nonprofit governance, member engagement, project management, and process improvement, Donna loves taking messy, complicated workflows and turning them into something clear, efficient, and sustainable.

As a military spouse, Donna brings flexibility, resilience, and a calm, “we’ll figure this out” mindset to every project and boardroom conversation. Colleagues know Donna as the person who keeps things moving while keeping people at the center, and leaving things better than she found them. When she's not working with clients, you can usually find Donna with a book in hand, hanging out with her dog, camping or traveling, and reminiscing about the season of life spent living in Italy.
