At Harvard, Cathy partnered with senior faculty to sell, design and deliver strategically aligned, high-impact, customized executive education and leadership development experiences. Her focus was C-suite executives, top teams, strategic business transformation, and large-scale cascaded learning experiences using multi-modal learning design (residential, digital, field, experiential, and coaching) to align people and strategy throughout an organization.
