Janet embodies her mission to embolden, educate, and inspire executives, leaders, and teams around the globe. Her coaching focuses on wellness, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Her style is a copilot to her clients, and her mantra is “wisdom lies within.” She is known for establishing rapid rapport, building trust, and equanimity.
Janet has 25+ years of experience gained through leadership roles at Fortune 100 organizations, including FedEx, IBM, UPS, Comcast, and the pharmaceutical and government utility industries. Her responsibilities included managing P&Ls and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue goals. She led teams of up to 150 team members and received numerous awards and recognition for her leadership and team success.
Janet incorporates knowledge gained from her diverse business, professional, and personal experiences with her coaching training to address the specific needs of her clients. She focuses on marinating certifications from organizations that use neuroscience and evidence-based tools, including Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Global Team Coaching Institute Team Coaching Practitioner, IDI Intercultural Disciple Inventory Qualified Administrator, Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence, Dr. Tim Clark’s Psychological Safety, and Lodestar Trauma-Informed Coaching, as well as a certificate in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University. Janet guides her clients to re-imagine their current thinking, increase their authenticity, and achieve peak performance. She understands the importance of integrating best practices in leadership, team development, and diversity into the fabric of the organizational culture for transformative and sustainable success.
She is a member and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaches Federation (ICF), a member and Certified Professional Team Coach (ITCA) with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), member and writing contributor, Forbes Coaches Council (FCC), member of Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
