Janet has 25+ years of experience gained through leadership roles at Fortune 100 organizations, including FedEx, IBM, UPS, Comcast, and the pharmaceutical and government utility industries. Her responsibilities included managing P&Ls and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue goals. She led teams of up to 150 team members and received numerous awards and recognition for her leadership and team success.
Janet incorporates knowledge gained from her diverse business, professional, and personal experiences with her coaching training to address the specific needs of her clients. She focuses on marinating certifications from organizations that use neuroscience and evidence-based tools, including Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Global Team Coaching Institute Team Coaching Practitioner, IDI Intercultural Disciple Inventory Qualified Administrator, Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence, Dr. Tim Clark’s Psychological Safety, and Lodestar Trauma-Informed Coaching, as well as a certificate in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University.
