Eileen Coskey Fracchia, M.S.E. L. is founder and managing principal of El Camino Group, LLC, a strengths-based leadership, and organizational performance effectiveness firm. With over four decades of leadership and management experience, Eileen specializes in helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential and navigate their road to success.
    
Eileen has a strong track record of accelerating individual, team, and organizational performance and has transformed countless leaders ranging from C-Suite level executives to emerging leaders and developed high impact organizations spanning small teams to expansive global organizations. She has clients across a broad spectrum of industries in both the profit and non-profit sectors including ABC/Disney, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Cathay Bank, Quora, Open Listings, AYSO, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Facebook, and The Marcus Buckingham Company (ADP), where Eileen was Chief Learning Officer and Executive Vice President.
      
Prior to establishing El Camino Group, Eileen had a successful career as a line of business leader, organizational and talent development executive in the banking industry, As Wells Fargo’s Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Regional Development, Eileen managed Strategic, Organizational, Talent (Leader and Team Member) and Customer Development in support of 50,000+ team members. She successfully steered enterprise and regional strategic teams through four mergers and acquisitions.
     
Beyond her work as an executive coach, business consultant, community builder and renowned speaker, Eileen is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), at McLean, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, where she founded and leads a West Coast (US) IOC chapter. She is an adjunct faculty member of Loyola Marymount University teaching in the Executive MBA program.  Seated on many organizational Board-of-Directors, she is dedicated to serving her community and helping others to do the same.  She is currently working on a program focused on integrating tested coaching and leadership philosophies with diversity and inclusion practices to bring about positive societal and cultural change.
