Ashley Jester serves as the Education Manager for the Institute of Coaching under Parthenon Management Group, an association management organization dedicated to furthering the mission of its clients.  She comes with over a decade of experience leading professional development education, credentialing, and career services for member-based organizations.  Ashley has worked with a variety of boards, committees, and vendors to deepen engagement, enhance professional education, and build strategic roadmaps for associations.

Driven to build community and opportunity, Ashley is passionate about creating learning pathways that transform knowledge into application, classroom into connection, and growth into innovation. Aside from serving her clients, she enjoys the fast-paced life with four kids, breathing in the great outdoors, traveling, and learning something new every day.
