Jennifer Guckel Porter is a leadership and executive coach and the Managing Partner of The Boda Group. A seasoned business executive, Jennifer started her career with The Boston Consulting Group, was the VP of Operations Support Einstein Bros Bagels, COO at Circles, and COO at Sentient Jet. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Bates College with a major in Economics, and earned her MBA from Stanford University. She received her coaching certification through The Coaches Training Institute and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaches Federation.
Jennifer's coaching focuses on helping high potential and experienced leaders and team navigate personal and professional inflection points. Her clients include firms in professional services, healthcare, financial services, technology, consumer products, and private equity. She is also a Coach in the Alumni Career & Professional Development Office at Harvard Business School.
Serving as an Advisor to The Institute of Coaching supports her commitment to bringing proven theory and rigorous research to coaching.
Jennifer serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Bates, and has served as co-chair of the Bates Annual Fund, founder and co-chair of the Bates Boston Business Network, member of the Alumni Council, founder of the Bates Mentor Network, and leader of the Volunteer Engagement Initiative.
