Dr. X. Carmen Qadir's doctoral training was completed at Tulane School of Medicine (New Orleans, LA) followed with a post-doctoral fellowship with the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, MD).  She has a certification in Public Health, Leadership & Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (Baltimore, MD) and an M.B.A. from the George Washington University School of Business (Washington, D.C.).  

Dr. Qadir is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) and is Brain-Based Coaching Certified (BBCC).

Dr. Qadir has worked in the academic, private and government health sector. She has held numerous leadership positions for large health systems.  She has worked with numerous business executives, pharmaceutical executives, healthcare executives & administrators and healthcare workers across the country in identifying organizational needs, discover better solutions and implement necessary strategies into practice.  Her expertise also includes coaching executive healthcare leaders, healthcare administrators, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, medical trainees (medical students, medical residents, medical fellows), and all other healthcare professionals and extension of health systems desiring goal achievement and growth.  

Due to many years of hard work in various work environments, Dr. Qadir is an expert in personalized growth which includes development of leadership skills, burnout prevention & recovery, self-awareness, career transitions and growing interpersonal skills.

International Coaching Federation (ICF), international & local chapter. Active Member (2020-2021), Board Member, Director for ICF - Houston Chapter (2021).

Institute of Coaching (IOC), Institute of Coaching is based at McLean Hospital. McLean is a member of Mass General Brigham, and the largest psychiatric teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Active Member (2020-2021) & Board Member (DEI) (2020-2021).
