Alexander Caillet is the founder and CEO of Corentus, Inc., a consulting, leadership coaching, and team coaching firm with a simultaneous focus on heart (the human dimension) and results (the performance dimension). For the past 25 years, he has led hundreds of team development engagements in more than 30 countries, with organizations across a wide range of industries. Alexander leads the Corentus Team Coaching Certificate Program, an intensive professional development offering that trains practitioners in the art and science of coaching teams in real time, in the context of real work. In addition, for more than 17 years and 50 cohorts, he has led the team coaching module in Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate program. Alexander also cofounded the State of Mind Institute, which conducts research on how state of mind affects leadership effectiveness, as well as guiding leaders to shift state of mind for improved performance and results. In addition to his certifications in individual leadership and team assessments, he is a certified Health Realization practitioner and a licensed HeartMath Certified Trainer.
