Andrew Cook, EdD, PCC is an executive coach, educator, organizational development, and leadership development professional, with over 20 years’ experience. Dr. Cook helps leaders, teams, and organizations optimize and leverage their strengths through creativity, coaching, and compassion.
Dr. Cook holds a BA in Journalism and a BS in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University, and a MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He also has his EdD in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, with a concentration in creativity and innovation.
Dr. Cook is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and did his doctoral research on how executive coaches bring creativity into their coaching practice. He is also an active board member of the Eastern PA chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and has been an adjunct professor at graduate and undergraduate levels since 2012.
