Cristina Custodio
Cristina Custodio, a Master Certified Coach (MCC as credentialed by ICF, the International Coaching Federation), is a global leader in the field of coaching for social change. She believes in coaching’s power to create belonging and build bridges. This belief is her guiding purpose.
As the Social Leadership Coach, Cristina coaches leaders who are working for a more equitable and sustainable world. She has individually coached hundreds of global changemakers in the areas of education, health, climate change, gender equity, social justice, STEM, arts/culture, philanthropy, government, and the United Nations. Cristina has also coached and facilitated complex group transformation processes for hundreds of social impact organizations across the Americas.
Cristina has over 25 years of experience in leadership and management. The first 15 were spent in various leadership roles in the management consulting, program management and engineering services industries. During that time, she focused on operational excellence and oversaw major programs to build physical, systems and educational infrastructure for communities in need in the Caribbean.
Cristina, a Puerto Rico native, has a BA (History and Literature) and MBA from Harvard University. She currently serves on the global Board of Directors for ICF Coaching Education and chairs its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Belonging (DEIJB) Advisory Committee.
