María Díaz-Morera
She graduated in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and she holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
She has developed most of her professional career in the financial and consulting sectors, starting at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking division in London. Her job and personal decisions also brought her to Paris, Madrid, and Mexico, gathering experiences from biotech (Amgen) to management consulting (The Boston Consulting Group), and ultimately back to the financial sector, joining the asset management family-owned business, EDM, to which she has dedicated the last years of her career. She has recently been appointed President.
She has also very strong interests in promoting workplace well-being and positively impacting communities around the world. She is a board member at Save the Children in Spain, as the regional representative in Catalonia. She graduated as a Health Coach from IIN in New York and obtained a certification from Stanford University on employee well-being and stress management.
