Dell Delambre
Dell is a professional coach working with individuals and organizations in Brazil and internationally. He is also a university professor and activist. He offers training for coaches. In parallel he integrates coaching with multiple projects for social good. For such activities. he was awarded by UNESCO and honored by UNICEF, for his work.
An important objective for Dell is to approach Brazil's structural problems from the perspective of theory and evidence informed Coaching. His purpose is to integrate these themes into his coaching and coaching in Brazil more broadly. Some of his projects include:
- Coaching for local development, memory, sustainability and social justice in a favela in Rio de Janeiro (underprivileged areas that are neglected by the government)
- Volunteer Coach at Bando Cultural Favelados da Rocinha – which is a theater company located in the largest favela in Latin America. The group uses theater as a way to overcome violence and drug use. Dell provides volunteer coaching with the Organization’s leaders.
- Volunteers at the Honeycomb Special School young people with disabilities
- Individual Coaching for empowering Women
- Developed the Black I-B Movement to provide coaching tools and digital resources for black men and women to become entrepreneurs
