Jonathan Donner
Jonathan Donner is a recognized expert in the fields of Leadership Development, Talent, and Learning who has led some of the world’s most pioneering global leadership development programs and largest learning transformations. His expertise has been recognized in the Harvard Business Review, The Economist, MIT Sloane Management Journal, and many important leadership books, and as part of the Executive Education curriculum of Harvard Business School and IMD. He currently works as an independent consultant, and serves on the Board of Common Purpose, a global NGO that develops leaders who can cross societal boundaries, enabling them to solve complex problems both in organizations and in cities.
Jonathan’s career has spanned significant senior international assignments with some of the world’s top global business organisations: Philip Morris/Altria, Marks and Spencer, Unilever and Amazon, where he served as Director of Executive Development. For several years, Jonathan also worked as Strategic Advisor and Chief of Capability Development for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome.
Jonathan completed the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme in London in 2017. He regularly coaches and mentors senior executives globally and manages larger coaching programmes for clients as part of his leadership development practice.
Jonathan received his B.A. from University of Pennsylvania and his M.A. from Cambridge University, UK.
