Jayne Jenkins is the CEO of Churchill Leadership Groupand a certified executive and Strength coach (PCC/Gallup and Marcus Buckingham). She is a Fortune 500 Leadership veteran from AstraZeneca and Sanofi-Aventis, where over 23 years, Jayne refined her team development and leadership capabilities and built sales teams, responsible for delivering over $600M/year. 

In 2012 Jayne founded the Churchill Leadership Group Inc., a global professional development organization, providing Strengths-accelerated solutions to corporations that need to increase organizational, leadership and team capability.

Jayne is passionate about the development of leaders and is keen to give back. As a dual citizen of the US and UK she thrives on traveling the globe as CEO of Churchill, and enjoying diverse cultures with her family. An avid yogi she’s grateful for the opportunity to practice yoga of all kinds around the world.
