Dima Louis

Dima Louis is an Assistant Professor in leadership, coaching, and organizational behavior at Grenoble Ecole de Management, France. She is also the Academic Director of the DBA Program. She has over 20 years of professional experience in occupational psychology, leadership development and talent management. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management, a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, and is certified in Occupational Testing by the British Psychological Society. She was awarded the Harnisch Grant by the Institute of Coaching in support of her research on multiple and hidden agendas in coaching. Her research interests include executive and leadership coaching, power dynamics in organizations, and identity regulation in the workplace. She recently published a case study textbook entitled Complex Situations in Coaching: A Critical Case-Based Approach.
