Paul Marks

Paul Marks, originally from the UK, is an ICF-accredited executive coach and leadership development facilitator based in Bangkok, Thailand. With more than 25 years of international experience across Asia, he combines a background in psychology and neuroscience with practical, evidence-based approaches to support leaders and teams in navigating today’s complex world.

Paul is passionate about cultivating compassionate, authentic leadership that drives results while nurturing positive, healthy workplace cultures. His work goes beyond traditional development programs—he aims to help people grow in meaningful, sustainable ways. Known for his positive energy and engaging style, Paul delivers workshops, keynote talks, and retreats that foster connection and inspire growth.

He is also committed to ongoing learning and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Reading in the UK, where his research explores how coaching supports long-term, transformative change. Outside of work, Paul is a strong advocate for health and well-being, regularly taking on ultra-endurance events as a way to challenge himself and model resilience.
