Estíbalitz Ortiz is the Executive Director of IESE’s Coaching Unit, providing executive and leadership coaching across global campuses in Barcelona, Madrid, New York, Munich, and São Paulo. With a PhD in Philosophy specializing in mentoring and coaching, and certifications from ICF and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, she has over 20 years of experience in executive development. Her career includes a decade in HR leadership roles at Agilent Technologies and teaching International HR Management at prestigious institutions. Estíbalitz is the author of multiple books on mentoring and coaching and leads the IESE Leadership Coaching Program, shaping the next generation of global leaders.

She was born in the Spain and lives in Barcelona.
