Erek Ostrowski is a leadership and organizational coach who specializes in work with entrepreneurial leaders and emerging enterprises. He is the founder of Verve Coaching, a Boston-based coaching consultancy, and is also an adjunct instructor in the MBA program at Assumption College in Worcester. He received the Harnisch Graduate Student Fellowship for his doctoral research on the experience of group coaching as a setting for entrepreneurial learning and change. His other interests include narrative theory, leadership, social learning, and group dynamics.
Erek holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, as well as coaching certifications from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE).
