Lyra Puspa
Lyra Puspa is the President and Founder of Vanaya & Co. that focuses on organizational change through brain-focused coaching and neurotechnology. She is also the founder of Vanaya NeuroLab—a brain and behaviour research center in South East Asia—that conducts applied neuroscience experiments in business and organization. As a Strategic Brain-Focused Coach for C-Levels, she has facilitated the brain-focused transformation of top executives and corporations across industries, including Fortune 500 companies.
Currently, she is a Ph.D. Candidate of Business and Organizational Neuroscience at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK.
Her research interests are in the field of coaching, leadership, work motivation, innovation, change management, and organizational culture through the lens of applied neuroscience. Her work on Brain Focused Coaching has been published in the International Handbook of Evidence-Based Coaching.
She is currently VP Membership of European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Asia Pacific Region. She has taken part in the EMCC Global Research Development Group since 2022. She is also a member of the Global Science Board at CoachHub, since Sept 2021.
