Evariste Salndjoukou

A coach to executives in government and large corporations, Evariste helps his clients to systematically and systemically embrace principles of justice and fairness. He effects change in organizations with compassion, integrity and respect.

Evariste is currently the Associate Ombuds, in charge of Relationship Management and Workplace Issues Prevention with Shared Services Canada, a large federal government department.

With a master’s degree in International Relations (major in Diplomacy and International Law) and over 15 years experience as a human resources specialist, Evariste immediately sees the big and small picture in any situation. To help solve his clients’ systemic challenges, he brings multiple tools and a deep knowledge of human and organizational behaviour, legal frameworks, labour relations, governance, leadership development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Evariste is a frequent panelist and keynote speaker at conferences and seminars on a variety of human resources, governance, business and social issues. In 2016, he became a curriculum contributor and guest speaker at St. Paul University School of Conflict Studies, Ottawa, Canada. He is also a member of the Council on Race, Equity and Inclusion at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, the flagship mental health hospital at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.

In addition to his formal studies, he successfully completed the Human Intervention Laboratory Program with the Centre for Human Relations and Community Studies at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He is a Certified Conflict Coach (CINERGY Model) and a Certified Professional Coach. He also holds certification in the following areas: Third Party Neutral (TPN), Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®, and EQ-I 2.0.
