Gregg Ward

Gregg Ward is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Respectful Leadership, and an award-winning, bestselling author, speaker, facilitator, and coach who is on a mission to support leadership and organizational transformation through the positive power and measurable impact of respect. He started his career as a specialist trainer for the NYPD and since then has developed and delivered over 2500 keynotes, talks, seminars, and workshops for global clients including ADP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Ericsson, Ford, Kaiser Permanente, Qualcomm, the US Navy and Warner Bros Studios. Gregg trained at Boston University’s College of Fine Arts, is an experienced actor, writer, director and producer with NY and UK credits who became one of the world’s foremost experts in the use of live, professional theater in learning and development programs on complex, loaded issues. He is also certified in executive coaching, mediation, and numerous assessments. His most recent books include The Respectful Leader and Restoring Respect.
