September and October Featured Book: Beyond Diversity: 12 Non-Obvious Ways To Build A More Inclusive World by Rohit Bhargava and Jennifer Brown

The IOC invites you to join our Book Club, which will meet once a month on the first Thursday of every month. We will spend two meetings per book, one for a review of the major themes and the other for specialized topic dives related to your coaching practice.

In this month's IOC Book Club, we will explore Rohit Bhargava's and Jennifer Brown's Beyond Diversity, a compilation of twelve powerful themes exploring diversity that emerged from a 2021 virtual gathering of the world's experts on the topic. The book illuminates the themes using storytelling, technology, identity, retail, education and more to provide more than just a spot light on ongoing injustices in our society. Bhargava and Brown explain current circumstances and the blueprints needed for action to make important, sustainable changes.
