November and December Featured Book: MYPRISM: Override Your Autopilot Choose Mindful Leadership by IOC Fellows Maribel Aleman, Douglas Choo, John Lazar, Beth Masterman, Fernando Morais and Rolf Pfeiffer.

The IOC Invites you to join our Book Club, which will meet once a month on the first Thursday of every month. We will spend two meetings per book, one for a review of the major themes and the other for specialized topic dives related to your coaching practice.

We will be deep diving into MYPRISM, a book written by a collective our very own IOC Fellows, the Kantologos. This book shares insights on how to override your autopilot and instead choose mindful leadership. It is a framework to guide decision-making for leaders managing and directing teams facing the challenges of a volatile and changing world.

Join us in unpacking the framework and its prism/refraction metaphor that represents how leaders in unchartered waters can slow light wave lengths -- aka a challenge -- and angle it in a different direction. During the book club, we will explore the framework and action plan presented in the book to discuss their application to leadership and coaching.
