March and April Featured Book: Unlocking Leadership Mindtraps: How to Thrive in Complexity by Jennifer Garvey Berger

The IOC Invites you to join our Book Club.  We will spend two meetings per book, one for a review of the major themes and the other for specialized topic dives related to your coaching practice.

In an increasingly complex world that is more unpredictable and uncertain than ever before, we may find our natural instincts lead us astray more often than not.

In Unlocking Leadership Mindtraps: How to Thrive in Complexity, Jennifer Garvey Berger explores five human characteristics that--under stable circumstances--are very effective in helping us navigate life. However in complexity, they become problematic and lead us down paths that amplify the more complicated and nuanced situations. Join us for the March and April IOC Book club to explore these five mindtraps and the tools to manage them.
