Joanna Grover, LCSW is the Co-Founder of Imagery Coaching. She is an author and an executive coach. Her articles have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review and Business Chief. She has two decades of experience as a cognitive therapist specializing in anxiety. She has worked with the US Department of Commerce, Olympic athletes, and C-suite executives. She is a competitive equestrian and master level rower.

 


Jonathan Rhodes, PhD., is the Co-Founder of Imagery Coaching. He is a chartered British psychologist, researcher and lecturer specializing in cognitive psychology. He helped develop FIT by raising performance levels of Olympic athletes, Premiership football and many others. He partnered with the British Army to develop the Pre-Commando Resilience Program.
