CoachX Conversations: Joanna Grover & Jonathan Rhodes on Amplify Your Results with Imagery: 5 Tools to make you 5x’s More Effective

August 16, 2023 - 12:00pm to 12:30pm

Do you want to learn a new psychological technique that is 5x’s more effective than the most traditional coaching approach? If so, you’ll want to tune in and learn about Functional Imagery Training (FIT) which combines motivational interviewing with imagery training. MI taps into intrinsic motivation and then multi-sensory imagery brings that desire to life in vivid detail to both rehearse the future and stay focused in the moment.   Peer reviewed academic studies have shown that FIT is 5x’s more effective than MI alone. It is more effective than visualization and guided imagery and the results are long lasting.
Join Dr. Jonathan Rhodes co-developer of FIT and Joanna Grover a cognitive therapist and sought-after executive coach as they share the 5 key ingredients of FIT from their new bestselling book, The Choice Point: The Scientifically Proven Method to Push Past Mental Walls and Achieve Your Goals.

  1. Know Your Values
  2. Amplify Motivation with 7 Senses
  3. Mindset is Overrated, Focus on Attitude
  4. Get a Cue to Activate Imagery
  5. Your Rules, Your Way
