What separates a good coach from a truly great one? Knowing when to change the approach.

Join Dr. Carol Kauffman, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, and Suzie Bishop for a dynamic conversation that challenges one-size-fits-all coaching. Drawing from their new book, MATCH: The Situational Coaching Approach to Meeting Leaders Where They Are, they’ll explore how to read what a leader needs in the moment, adapt your coaching with intention, and know when to push, when to step back, and when to try something entirely different.
