As Asia continues to evolve as a globally interconnected, economically active region, leaders and teams have to operate in increasingly complex, multicultural environments. Coaching in such contexts demands approaches that reflect the diverse cultural realities faced by practitioners on the ground.
This discussion group aims to offer a dedicated space for members to engage in meaningful, practice-informed dialogue on coaching across cultures in Asia. Our focus is on shared learning and knowledge co-creation.
Together we will explore how the diverse cultural and sub-cultural dynamics influence coaching in Asia and how we can evolve our approaches to be more effective. The format will include thematic discussions, case explorations, research presentations and more.
