June 18, 2025 - 12:00pm to 12:30pm

Join the IOC's new director of research, Dr. David H. Rosmarin and Jeffrey Hull for a timely conversation on how anxiety - long seen as a liability – can be redefined as a strength in coaching and leadership. Drawing from Rosmarin’s book Thriving with Anxiety, his recent Psychology Today article on human-centered leadership, and years of clinical and academic work, this session explores how emotional discomfort can be a catalyst for growth, authenticity, and resilience. We will also have a special opportunity to reflect on Dr. Rosmarin's leadership role with the IOC and get his insights into current and future trends in research on coaching science -- e.g. the focus on coaching for well-being, the impact of AI and more!
