Institute of Coaching Leadership Forum (ICLF) Boston - Fellows Event (2017)

October 11, 2017 - 8:30am to October 12, 2017 - 4:30pm
The Exchange Conference Center, Boston

CEOs and leaders tapped to be CEOs will share their biggest challenges and discuss how to be steady when the world is in chaos. They will talk to us, and to one another, to give us even deeper insights into our vital role as coaches. We will also get to see the current CEOs advise/coach the potential CEOs. Small group sessions will follow the panel presentations and we will be able to and ask them our powerful questions throughout the day.

Innovate or die? Who gets the future more than leaders in cutting edge industries?  Leaders in cutting edge areas will share how they have learned to be future thinking and customer-centric in order to survive. Together we'll explore how to apply this to our coaching, and to how we develop or own practices or businesses.

You've asked for it -- You've got it!  Extended special topic small group sessions.Based on feedback from past participants, we will save an afternoon for deep dive private roundtables. Pick among the topics participants have selected, or suggest your own. What you discuss and decide may be published on the website.

Marshall Goldsmith, inaugural winner of the IOC Leadership in Coaching award, will share the top lessons he has learned about what CEOs learn.
