Trauma Informed Care

As humans we experience trauma. As coaches, do we understand the role trauma plays in our client’s lives? Is our coaching trauma informed? How do our biases affect our understanding of our clients’ traumatic experiences? Do we know when to refer to a therapist to support our clients? Do we know how to offer safety and stability within the context of wellbeing?

Join us for this important conversation as we discuss the definition of trauma and ACE's, and its impact on our clients, how to recognize the signs and symptoms, and fill in the gaps for support and resources needed. Our goal in this roundtable is to continue to build on our coaching competencies and ensure we have the information to serve our clients.
