Where Does Resilience Find You?

For the last few IOC NE Coaching Roundtables, our discussions have centered on courage and how we as coaches are required to step into that space as we, and our clients, experience change. For our June 12 roundtable, we will continue these conversations and focus on resilience. IOC NE Coaching Roundtable Team Member Elise Tofias Phillips, M.Ed will be leading the conversation.

Resilience is something that lives in all of us. There are many characteristics of resilience that we may have developed throughout the years and some that emerge when we need them. Either way we all have strengths and super powers that help us to manage through difficult situations. As coaches we think a lot about increasing the resilience of our clients. Join us for an upbeat discussion about where resilience has found you and where your clients find it. Learn about cutting edge resources and some new helpful resilience coaching questions.
