Monthly Mindfulness Meetup

We invite you to join us on Friday, March 14th for Monthly Mindfulness Meetup, a live, monthly, one-hour virtual meeting of coaches wanting to explore their capacity as coaches and bring more mindfulness to their coaching and their lives.

These monthly Zoom events will provide coaches a safe space to explore for themselves many of the same issues their clients present, reflect on their experience and integrate their insights. The Monthly Mindfulness Meetup will provide participants with an intimate space in which to relax, unwind, explore themselves, and connect with other coaches and is hosted by the Institute of Coaching DC Area Roundtable.

Each live virtual meeting will include:
  • Share about a topic that's central to the human experience (e.g. Judgment, comparison, self-criticism, limiting beliefs)
  • Explore how each participant relates to the topic in small breakout groups
  • Experience a meditation which links to the topic
  • Allow participants to share their insights with the larger group
