Techniques for Reducing Stress and Pain for Coachees (and Coaches!)

Presented by Bev Nerenburg

Our coachees are under some degree of stress virtually all of the time, from a little to a LOT! (and so are we.) As long as our coachees are in a highly triggered state, they are only so coachable.  (And if we coaches are stressed, we carry that into the coaching space with our coachees.) So how can we quickly and simply reduce stress for ourselves and our coachees? So that we can do the work that can only be done in a non-triggered state.

In this presentation, you will learn the basics of a technique called EFT Tapping and how and why it works. You’ll experience its effectiveness directly and immediately for relief from distressing emotions and pains.  You’ll leave knowing how to do perform it on yourself and how to introduce and teach it to your coachees.

About Our Presenter: Bev Nerenburg

Bev Nerenberg was formerly an Executive VP of Operations for a regional Inc. 500 company and a Director of Operations for a chain of Montessori schools. She learned about Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) in 2008.  The results of using this powerful self-administered energy healing technique impacted her health, happiness and productivity so positively, that she made a decision to shift the direction of her life.  She became passionate about teaching people how to substantially reduce and/or eliminate negative emotions, limiting beliefs and physical pains so they could live stress-free, more productive, happier and healthier lives.  Bev became a Certified EFT Practitioner, coach and trainer and founded Wellness At Your Fingertips to teach EFT to groups, caregivers, and individuals.
