This month, we will explore: Closing the year by honoring our PERMAnent moments: Mindful reflection on 2022.

What we'll explore:

• How did you honor positive emotions? When did you feel fully engaged and happy?
• How did you cultivate positive relationships?
• Have you lived a meaningful year? How did you celebrate your achievements?

These monthly Zoom events are an opportunity for coaches to create connections with each other and are hosted by the Institute of Coaching EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Area Roundtable.

Each live virtual meeting will include:

• Brief introduction of the theme for the month
• Small group discussion, exploration, and connection
