What we'll explore:

• What does helping clients reach their full potential or their best version of themselves mean in coaching?
• Is there a perfectionism trap?
• What resources could coaches bring to help clients embrace imperfection in a world that always wants more?

These monthly Zoom events are an opportunity for coaches to create connections with each other and are hosted by the Institute of Coaching EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Area Roundtable.

Each live virtual meeting will include:

• Brief introduction of the theme for the month
• Small group discussion, exploration, and connection
