IOC Roundtable Learning Event - EMEA

You are invited to join us on February 4, 2025 at 9:00am CET for the EMEA Café Roundtable, a free monthly, one hour, live virtual meeting with the intention to explore our experience and to connect with each other and ourselves.  This month, we will explore: The Authenticity Paradox: Authentic Intelligence for Personal and Professional Breakthrough.

Authenticity is at the core of my coaching philosophy. Through my work with leaders and professionals navigating transitions, I’ve seen how the tension between external expectations and inner alignment often becomes a barrier to fulfillment and success. By introducing the concept of Authentic Intelligence, I help clients overcome these challenges, enabling them to lead with confidence and clarity while staying true to themselves. This roundtable aligns with my mission to guide individuals toward personal and professional breakthroughs, ensuring that these breakthroughs will feel as authentic on the inside as they look on the outside, providing a sense of reassurance and confidence.

What we'll explore:

  • What does authenticity mean to you, and how does it show up or get suppressed in your personal and professional life?
  • What internal or external factors have challenged your ability to align your values, beliefs and emotions with your actions in high-stakes situations?
  • How do you balance authenticity across different roles (leader, coach, parent, partner) without feeling fragmented?

These monthly Zoom events are an opportunity for coaches to create connections with each other and are hosted by the Institute of Coaching EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Area Roundtable.

Each live virtual meeting will include:

  • Brief introduction of the theme for the month
  • Small group discussion, exploration, and connection

Rolf is currently a managing partner at S & P Executive Advisory Partners and is actively involved in mentoring programs and leadership development initiatives, showcasing his commitment to fostering professional growth and collaboration on an international scale.
