The Inner Journey of Transition
Happy Fall! As the year winds down and a new one beckons, we invite you to pause and reflect on transitions—big and small—in your life, your clients' lives, and your coaching practice.
Please join Eileen Coskey Fracchia, CEO of the El Camino Group and IOC Professional Fellow, West Coast Roundtable Leader and Host—along with co-host Jeanne Smith Executive Coach, IOC Tricky Case facilitator & member, and founder of Tempo Leadership, for our 29th IOC West Coast Virtual Roundtable on November 6, 2025 from 8:30am - 10:00am PT.
We’ll explore:
- How we help others move beyond the mechanics of change and into the deeper inner journey of transition.
- What it takes to name what is ending, be with the unknown, and experiment with something new.
- Why transitions matter—for identity, resilience, and renewed purpose in work and life.
Together, we'll ask:
- How do we hold space for “the middle”—the in-between, messy, and meaningful?
- How do transitions reshape how we show up—as leaders, as coaches, and as people?
- What tools, metaphors, and methods have helped you or your clients navigate liminal space?
What to expect:
- Dynamic Conversation: Reflective prompts and generative dialogue across the Roundtable community.
- Collaborative Breakouts: Share real coaching moments, stories, and tools that support meaningful transitions.
- Grounded Closure: A space to root into what’s shifting—and what’s emerging—as we close out 2025
Whether you're in a season of transition or coaching others through one, this will be a thoughtful, practical, and heartful session to mark the end of our 2025 series.
Let's explore, learn, and grow together!
If you have questions or need additional information, please email Eileen Fracchia or Tiffany Dally.
Roundtable meetings promise:
- A marketing-free, inclusive, and peer-based learning space for coaches to learn about and share new coaching concepts and research.
- A community of coaching professionals to provide peer coaching and support for developing the “growing edge” of our respective capabilities.
- Ways to apply the resources available through the IOC to real coaching situations through case consultation and group seminars.
The format is a series of three to four 90-minute events over the course of the year. Each session includes a topic facilitated by an IOC member, discussion of practice and application with that topic, along with case consultation and peer coaching depending on the topic and needs of the group.
