February 5, 2025 - 12:00pm to 12:30pm

In this session IOC Founder Carol Kauffman will be speaking with recognized Leadership Expert Jonathan Donner, about his new book, written with co-authors Frank Guglielmo and Sudhanshu Palsule, titled "Guiding the Tide – The Call for Agency in 21st Century Leaders”.

The session focuses on a radical shift in how we think of leadership, moving from Agile to Fluid. But how do we help our leaders develop true agency in order to “guide the tide” and develop the capacity to navigate the complexity leaders face. We’ll look at “results-beyond-results” and how leaders can find the place to step into the fray and discover how to manage: business systems disruption, technology innovation, consumer demand and an ever-changing market.

While it’s great in theory, it’s even greater in practice. The work gives you spot on coaching questions to help your leaders become great, to pull on what was, what is, and what can be.
