Join IOC Director of Education, Pamela Larde, for a Fellow discussion group. Post-traumatic growth is described by Calhoun & Tedeschi (2010) as positive psychological change experienced as a result of the struggle with major life crisis or a traumatic event. The result of this experience is five-fold: growth in our connection to others, seeing new possibilities for our lives, enhanced personal strength, a greater sense of spirituality and purpose, and a greater appreciation for life. This discussion will offer an opportunity to take a look at posttraumatic growth through a lens of coaching and the ways in which coaches can help clients create growth after overcoming trauma.

This event is exclusively for Fellows
