October 8th Huddle: What is Uniquely Human in Coaching
Citation: Boyatzis. R., Liu, H., Smith, A., Zwygart, K., & Quinn, J. (2024). Competencies of coaches that predict client behavior change. The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, 60(1), 19–49.

Last week saw the return of one of the IOC's most popular benefits for Full Members and Professional Fellows: Research Doses!

The first Research Dose broke down research by Richard Boyatzis highlighting the human-centered coaching competencies that appear to drive client development over time.

On October 8 the IOC will be hosting a Research Huddle for Professional Fellows to meet and unpack this topic together with one of the authors of the Research Dose. This is a new opportunity to connect with leaders in coaching science and discover meaningful ways to use the research in your own daily practice.

The first Research Huddle will be led by IOC Co-Founder and Research Dose author, Margaret Moore.
