Psychological flexibility refers to the agility with which you relate to your experience and adapt your actions to align with goals and values. This effectively makes psychological flexibility a superpower for increasing wellbeing and performance and there is a growing body of research supporting its use in coaching.

In this webinar, psychologist, executive leadership and team coach and trainer, Dr. Aprilia West will present an overview for helping clients flourish by increasing psychological flexibility.

Participants will be able to:

  • describe psychological flexibility and its benefits
  • identify coaching goals to related psychological flexibility processes
  • use questions and metaphors to evoke and reinforce psychological flexibility processes
  • apply functional tracking to client behavior
  • distinguish coaching for psychological flexibility from traditional cognitive behavioral approaches
