Many see midlife as a time of slowing down. In reality, midlife is a unique opportunity for profound personal and professional growth. Aneace reveals how this period is not about regression but renewal, setting the stage for one of the most impactful and rejuvenating periods of life.

In Aneace’s latest book, “Soaring Beyond Midlife”, fiction and poetry guide readers through midlife’s complexities, offering a richer and more introspective experience than conventional how-to guides, which often cater more to the linear learning styles of younger minds. This session is based on insights from the book, providing participants with a deeper understanding of midlife transformation.

“It is surprisingly easier to transform C-suite teams when embracing the profound changes inherent in midlife. The team’s collective best self emerges naturally.” — Aneace Haddad

Aneace Haddad

Aneace Haddad is a former tech CEO who became an executive coach at midlife, after discovering that he liked people more than computers. His leadership journey spans four decades and continents, starting as a programmer in Denver, Colorado, launching a tech startup in France that reached 30 countries, and now as an Executive Coach in Singapore.

Aneace specializes in guiding C-suite executives over 40 by leveraging the natural transformations that occur at midlife. This approach enables an individual and team coaching experience that feels more organic and deeply impactful. He is a senior advisor at McKinsey and an external facilitator at Deloitte University. As a parent to three adult children and two teenage step-children, Aneace has navigated a broad spectrum of parenting experiences.

He often jokes that the daily lessons in patience, adaptability, and the art of asking the right questions he learns from teenagers are just as valuable in the boardroom as they are at the family dinner table.
