This webinar will present four different types of client scenarios and reveal how clients were able to start using the body to support their leadership growth. The body plays an important part in coaching clients who are working on addressing leadership challenges such as leadership presence, empowerment, self- management as well as for clients recovering from health challenges or injuries.

  • Scenario I: Power
  • Scenario II: Focus
  • Scenario III:  Control
  • Scenario IV: Rehabilitation

I’ll share stories of my clients and will look forward to hearing about yours as well. The body in my own personal evolution since 2014 has become a big part of my learning journey, and I’ve incorporated that in my Executive Coaching over recent years. I’ve learned about how to build resilience, set goals and priorities, and develop more self-discipline, self-confidence, and power. My work with clients incorporates lessons I've learned after running 7 marathons in the last 3 years,  completing countless ocean swims, and doing a few triathlons.
