Webinar: How to Enhance Your Coaching with Multi-Culturalism

September 22, 2022 - 10:00am to 11:00am

Cultural differences of all kinds are often a source of misunderstanding and frustration for both coach and client. In this webinar, we will focus on how to turn cultural differences into a source of richness, both for more effective collaboration and to elevate the coaching process itself. Participants will discover how to improve creativity and impact by going beyond current cultural limitations. Learn about a broad, inclusive and dynamic concept of culture, in contrast to the traditional static and binary view, which perpetuates limiting stereotypes. Participants will discover how the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) assessment --a roadmap and assessment tool for navigating cultural terrain--can take both individual and team coaching to another level of effectiveness.

In this highly engaging and interactive webinar, participants will:

  • Learn how to release higher creativity, achieve greater impact, as well as promote unity by making the most of alternative cultural perspectives
  • Discover how to go beyond current cultural norms, values, and beliefs (and stereotypes) when working with people
  • Acquire an enhanced vocabulary to describe salient cultural characteristics
  • Discover how intercultural coaching can enrich individual and team coaching, as well as organizational development
